Is it actually sugar free?

Yes, zero grams of sugar per bottle. We sweeten with a clean blend so you get the dessert taste without the sugar or the crash. Every flavour is 20g protein and sugar free.

Why is RIOT not thick like other shakes?

Most ready-to-drink protein is over-thickened to hide a chalky base. We start with a smoother whey blend and dial the texture to a light, pourable milkshake, so it's genuinely easy to finish, even mid-session.

How is it delivered, and how fast?

We ship chilled and insulated, next working day on orders placed before 2pm. Your bottles arrive cold and ready to drink. Free delivery on orders over £25.

Is it suitable if I'm lactose sensitive?

RIOT uses a lactose-friendly whey blend that most people who are mildly lactose sensitive tolerate well. It is not dairy free. If you have a dairy allergy, this isn't the drink for you.
